Get Real Health is starting 2018 strong with the awarding of the prestigious Maryland International Leadership Award. The World Trade Center Institute (WTCI) chose Get Real Health and six other firms for the award from among 150,000 Maryland companies.
CEO, Robin Wiener, attended the ceremony March 8th at the Jim Rouse Visionary Museum in Baltimore with Maryland state leaders including Governor, Larry Hogan and Department of Commerce Deputy Secretary and Chief Operating Officer, Ben Wu.
The WTCI International Business Leadership Awards celebrate vision, international success, and excellence in leadership; all of which embody the business philosophy of Get Real Health.
“We are honored and thrilled to receive this recognition,” said Get Real Health CEO and Founding Partner Robin Wiener. “In 2018, we’re continuing to expand our international footprint. We’re already in Canada, Europe, Australia and Vietnam, and we’re cultivating growth opportunities in the UAE, Russia, China and New Zealand.”
Montgomery County, Maryland has been home to Get Real Health since its humble beginnings in one of the county’s first Tech Incubators.
“Without the support of state and local organizations and programs, Get Real Health may never have been a reality, let alone a globally recognized digital health leader,’ explains Wiener. “We are so grateful for all the assistance we received along the way.”
Wiener joined executives from distinguished area organizations such as Stanley Black & Decker, Pompeian, GlaxoSmithKline, Jhpiego, Celeste and Dunlop.
