Like a modern day version of “Planes, Trains and Automobiles,” Get Real Health President and CEO Robin Wiener joined our Senior Clinical Strategist, Jennifer Bowers, on a world wind international visit. Spanning 10 days and including stops in England, the Netherlands and Sweden, the trip was anchored by the signing of a new project in Tergooi.
“We had an aggressive agenda, meeting with existing clients as well as cementing our new project with Tergooi Hospital in the Netherlands,” explained Wiener. “It was an exhausting but productive trip.”
Bowers got a warm reception as she presented on the subject of patient engagement to a group of up- and-coming hospital executives in the Netherlands.
“It is fascinating that no matter what country you are in, practitioners all want to better engage with patients on a deeper level and improve on delivering healthcare in real time via technology. We are all united in that way; in our desire to focus on patient-centric care.”
This new project with Tergooi Hospital in the Netherlands marks the 5th country outside the US to engage Get Real Health to develop a patient centered solution.
“Our international client base is a testament to the versatility of our product line. Our experience developing solutions that meet federal mandates translates overseas as healthcare models shift there. We are thrilled to expand our footprint and offer the citizens of Netherlands the opportunity to collaborate with clinicians in their healthcare decisions and treatments.”
