The second day of the Get Real Health inaugural User Group event built on the previous day’s momentum and did not disappoint.
Attendees began the day with an overview of the agenda and the Client/Partner Portal while enjoying breakfast.
The first session, led by Kristin Webb, Get Real Health’s Market Research Analyst, focused on the latest updates and trends in the HIT market.
The Best Practices Roundtable that followed was led by Jenn Dunphy, Clinical SME at Get Real Health, and sparked a lively discussion regarding effective measurement, goals and outcomes. This exchange exemplifies the value of the User Group, as participants share ideas and learn from real world product experience.
Over lunch, members listened to a presentation featuring Regulatory updates by GRH resident healthcare strategist, Christina Caraballo. The ever-changing legislative landscape can be a minefield for healthcare organizations. Get Real Health demystifies the topic everyday with our team of healthcare strategists and are happy to share our knowledge with our clients.
The afternoon focus was on the company behind the product, Get Real Health. As a veteran in connected health, GRH understands the importance of being nimble and willing to change as the industry changes. The commitment to patient engagement through our premier product remains the over-arching goal.
