Health Datapalooza IV Recap

June 7, 2013Christina Nash

At this week’s Health Datapalooza IV, Get Real Health was invited to present InstantPHR, their award-winning connected care platform, which is successfully being used in the United States and abroad to improve patient outcomes and increase efficiencies in healthcare delivery.   More than 2,000 of the most influential health information technology (HIT) leaders flooded Washington, D.C. for the conference, which was created to carry out the government’s mission to encourage greater access to personal health data.

From the Main Stage, Get Real Health’s Cortney Nicolato, Vice President of Healthcare Strategies, unveiled the results of how InstantPHR™ was used to improve clinical outcomes and increase eHealth literacy of an underserved diabetes population in the Washington metro area.   You can watch Cortney Nicolato’s presentation by clicking here.

The InstantPHR platform includes a patient portal, healthcare provider dashboard, and an administrative console along with nearly 200 widgets. These include robust data visualization tools, self-management action plans, alerts, reminders, journaling tools, surveys, and encrypted messaging.

Get Real Health “live tweeted” during the two day conference, sharing real-time updates and important announcement with the health technology community.  We were honored to be the number one Social Media Influencer for the entire conference.
