Get Real Health’s Jennifer Dunphy Illustrates Interoperability with “Jane’s Journey”

In order to achieve effective care management and patient engagement, you must have interoperability: communication between devices and systems.  Get Real Health’s Jennifer Dunphy, BSN, OCN, CBCN presented “Jane’s Journey,” the story of a pregnant woman with multiple health concerns who benefits from this connection between her medical devices and records after a car accident, at the HIMSS14 Interoperability Showcase.  You can watch Jenn’s presentation in the video below.
