Get Real Health had a banner year in 2015 with growth and extended reach on a national and international level. There were so many highlights we decided to share them as we look forward to even greater success in the coming year.
The first quarter ended with a bang when our InstantPHR product landed in the number one spot among all patient engagement platforms in the industry. Chilmark Research, a global research advisory firm that evaluates healthcare IT solutions, gave InstantPHR an A-, the highest grade earned among all products. This recognition served as validation of what we knew all along—InstantPHR meets patients where they are with the tools they need.
Get Real was proud to forge new partnerships with organizations that enhanced our InstantPHR offering. Symptom checker, Isabel, and telehealth leader, VSee, give clients a greater range of options for maximizing their solution for patients. On the home front, we took real world feedback to tweak our widget offerings.
That feedback was largely a result of our virtual and in-person quarterly User Group meetings. These sessions bring together clients and our staffers to share best practices, introduce new initiatives and feature relevant guest speakers. The User Groups have proven invaluable to not only our clients but have been vital in developing our product road map.
And we have more on the horizon in 2016.
On the product front, our crowning achievement was the introduction of our CHBase platform. CHBase (Connected Health Base) provides a safe place for individuals to store all of their personal health information and access it through InstantPHR or other connected health applications of their choice. It also allows them to control what data they want to share with their healthcare providers, family members, and others. It allows individuals to create separate health records for each member of their family and manage their entire family’s health and wellness information in a single place. Many of our enterprise clients currently use CHBase in conjunction with InstantPHR.
Perhaps the biggest news of the year came from overseas when the country of Sweden announced their decision to engage Get Real to provide Swedish citizens access to their health data. In short, that means a combination of CHBase and InstantPHR will be utilized to create a nationwide initiative to put Swedes in better control of their health information and promote better health outcomes.
We were thrilled to welcome a delegation from Sweden visiting the US in early December specifically to kick-off this project. Local, State and Federal officials joined us as we lauded the global implications of this important endeavor.
As we move into 2016, we remain committed to patient engagement, supporting health IT legislation and health and wellness for patients around the world.
